How do I know what training option is right for me?
I offer a variety of training options because not one person is the same. I will give you a recommendation if you are unsure of training virtually, in home, or in gym, based on your goals, history with exercise, and schedule!

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
If you are a virtual client with no equipment at home, I will give you recommendations based on the initial assessment and what your goals are. Building a good base of equipment can be very useful in workouts not only in session but outside, and in doing homework. If theres one thing this pandemic has taught us, no matter what type of training you do, at home equipment is never a bad thing!

What do you love most about personal training?
I love building relationships with my clients. I truly love what I do and aspire to come alongside my clients in meeting their goals. Working with clients of all ages and levels of experience is what I love most about working in this industry, anyone and everyone has the chance to pursue their goals and progress.
